- Go to your Google Business Profile โ Get more reviews โ Copy the direct review link
- Set it up as a WhatsApp message shortcut
- After every session/appointment/service: "Thanks for coming! If you have 2 minutes, I'd really appreciate a Google review โ it helps other people find us." Send the link immediately.
- Do NOT offer incentives (it violates Google's policies and can get your profile suspended)
- Follow up once after 3 days if no review โ some people intend to but forget
Review velocity matters: Getting 5 reviews in one week is better than getting 5 reviews over 5 months. Google interprets a burst of reviews as a signal of increased business activity and rewards it with temporary ranking boosts. Run a review drive โ ask all existing clients in one week.

Before: 12-15 Google calls per month, mostly existing patients. 4-5 new patients from Google per month.
