Yes. Two options: (1) Use the Full Automation mode — we give you a new dedicated local mobile number. Put this on Google, Instagram and everywhere clients contact you. Keep your landline as a secondary number. (2) Forward your landline — most landline providers (BSNL, Airtel, BT, AT&T) have their own forwarding feature. Contact your landline provider and ask them to forward to your BookWith number. Either way, landlines are fully supported.
You are never locked in. If you cancel, you can keep your old number as your primary contact — nothing changes for your existing clients. The dedicated BookWith number is an additional business number, not a replacement. Many of our providers use both: the dedicated number on Google and Instagram for new clients, their personal number for existing ones. Yes. All data is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Call transcripts are stored securely and only accessible through your dashboard. We never sell your data. We never use client data for advertising. We retain data for 90 days after cancellation then delete it permanently. UK and EU customers have full GDPR rights including data access, correction and erasure requests.
