1. What We Collect

We do not collect: your name, phone number, address, card details, or any government ID. We do not build profiles or track your browsing across other websites.

2. How We Collect It

Directly from you — when you enter your email to purchase or sign up
From Razorpay — payment confirmation data (payment ID, amount, status) sent via webhook
Automatically — server logs (IP, timestamp) for security purposes
From your browser — language preference and localStorage (guide progress, locally only)

3. How We Use It

Sending you a magic link to sign in (email)
Sending purchase confirmation and support session details (email)
Verifying you have an active support session before granting chat access
Providing AI support within your purchased session
Preventing abuse, fraud, and spam (IP logs)
Understanding which guides are most used (aggregated, anonymous analytics)

We do not use your data for: advertising, marketing to third parties, selling, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

We do not share your data with Google Ads, Facebook, or any advertising network. We do not share or sell data to any party not listed above.

5. How We Store & Protect It

All data is stored on Supabase with encryption at rest
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+
Chat messages from support sessions are deleted after 90 days
Magic link tokens are single-use and expire in 15 minutes
We do not store passwords — authentication is magic-link only
Payment card details are never stored by us — Razorpay handles this under PCI DSS compliance

6. Cookies

SetupFree uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We use:

localStorage (not a cookie) — to save your guide progress on your own device
Session token (localStorage) — to keep you logged in after magic link authentication

We do not use Google Analytics cookies, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, it will be privacy-first (Plausible or Fathom, no personal data).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Delete — request deletion of your account and all associated data
Correct — request correction of inaccurate data
Export — receive your chat history in a machine-readable format
Object — to any processing you believe is unlawful

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bookwith.live with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

Note: deleting your account will remove access to any unused support session messages.

8. Children's Privacy

SetupFree is intended for business owners and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact hello@bookwith.live and we will delete it immediately.

9. Third-Party Tools We Link To

Our guides link to dozens of third-party tools (Vapi.ai, Cal.com, Tawk.to, Razorpay, Namecheap, etc.). Once you visit those sites or create accounts there, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their data practices. We recommend reading their privacy policies before signing up.

Some links are affiliate links — clicking them and signing up may earn us a commission. This does not affect your price or our recommendations.
