Permitted Uses

BookWith is designed for legitimate service businesses and their customers. Permitted uses include:

• Operating a genuine service business and receiving customer bookings
• Customers searching for and booking legitimate service providers
• Using the platform in accordance with our Terms of Service

Prohibited Uses — Providers

• Fake businesses: Creating accounts for businesses that do not genuinely exist or intend to serve customers
• Fraud: Collecting deposits or fees for services you do not intend to deliver
• Misrepresentation: Describing services, qualifications or credentials you do not have
• Multiple trial accounts: Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial offer
• Spam: Using your receptionist to make outbound spam or marketing calls
• Illegal services: Offering services that are illegal in your jurisdiction
• Harassment: Using customer data collected through BookWith to harass, stalk or contact customers inappropriately
• Data misuse: Using booking data for any purpose other than fulfilling appointments

Prohibited Uses — Customers

• Making bookings with no intention of attending
• Providing false contact information
• Attempting to obtain services through deception
• Harassing providers through the platform
• Leaving false or malicious reviews

Prohibited Technical Uses

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or access BookWith systems unauthorised
• Scraping, crawling or automated data extraction
• Attempting to overwhelm our systems with excessive requests
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Introducing malware, viruses or harmful code
• Using BookWith to test, probe or scan for security vulnerabilities without written authorisation

Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in:

• Immediate account suspension without refund
• Permanent ban from BookWith
• Reporting to relevant authorities where illegal activity is involved
• Legal action where appropriate

Reporting Violations

To report a violation, email hello@bookwith.live with "REPORT VIOLATION" in the subject line. Include as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports seriously.
