Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with BookWith. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

7-Day Trial

Your $5 trial gives you full access to BookWith for 7 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason during the trial period, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the $5 trial fee in full, no questions asked.

To request a trial refund: Email hello@bookwith.live within 7 days of your trial start date. Include your email address and the word "REFUND" in the subject line. We will process it within 3 business days.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions ($39/month) are billed at the start of each billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has started. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Exception: If BookWith experiences a significant service outage (more than 24 continuous hours) that prevents your receptionist from answering calls, you are entitled to a pro-rated credit for the affected period. Contact us to claim this.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions ($348/year) are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. Within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied.

After 14 days, you may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of your annual period. No partial year refunds are issued.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Gumroad.
