When your receptionist makes a booking, that is a commitment to your client. You must honour all bookings made on your behalf unless you contact the client directly to reschedule with their agreement.

Reviews are collected automatically after every appointment. Your average rating directly affects your placement in search results. The only way to improve your rating is to provide excellent service — we do not offer rating manipulation or review removal except in cases of clear violation of our review policy.

All calls handled by your receptionist are recorded and transcribed. These are available in your dashboard. Call recordings are used to: improve your receptionist's performance, resolve disputes, and provide you with a record of all client interactions. Clients are not explicitly notified that calls are recorded — this is standard practice for business receptionist services and is covered in our terms.
